美元強、需求降　國際油價徘徊9個月低點

紐約與倫敦原油期貨在需求不振及美元走強下，昨分別寫下半年及9個月新低，今雖小幅回漲，但仍徘徊在低點附近。
 
由於夏季汽油用量高峰將過，西德州原油9月期貨昨收盤下跌0.9%，創半年新低每桶97.38美元，布蘭特原油9月期貨同步下跌0.8%，創9個月新低每桶104.61美元，但今日由於業界報告顯示全球最大石油消費國美國上周原油庫存縮減550萬桶，紐約及倫敦原油期貨價均反彈0.4%左右，惟仍排徊在低點附近。
 
據美國商品期貨交易委員會（Commodity Futures Trading Commission，CFTC）數據，至7月29日當周投機客砍西德州原油淨多頭部位，過去6周有5周減碼，如今多頭部位已自6月紀錄高點降低22%。
 
Tradition Energy分析師麥基連（Gene McGillian）說：「油價在6周內大跌10美元，原因不僅是基本面疲軟，很大一部分是投機客的動能交易所致，除非出現重大事件，否則原油仍將承受賣壓。」（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
